Responsibilities

• Act as the primary face of the brand during promotional events, exhibitions, and in-store activities
• Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner to generate interest in our products or services
• Distribute samples, promotional materials, or merchandise effectively and responsibly
• Provide accurate information about the brand, products, or services to prospective clients
• Collect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement
• Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company's brand image at all times
• Assist in setting up and packing down promotional displays and equipment as required

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not essential
• Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to facilitate communication with a wider demographic
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Organised, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexibility to work during weekends or evenings if required for specific events
• Must be aged 18 or over and available for paid training sessions prior to commencing duties
