Growth Marketer / Hacker
at Autonomous Minds London in London (Published at 07-04-2026)
Canary Wharf, London | in-office
What is Milo?
Milo is a data intelligence platform that acts as an AI data analyst for business teams. Ask a question in plain English, get an answer in seconds about anything, no SQL, no analyst, no waiting. We're seed stage, growing fast, and building a product that genuinely changes how companies make decisions.
We're a small team with big ambitions. That means everyone here moves fast, wears multiple hats, and sees the direct impact of their work. This hire is a big one for us.
The Role
We're not hiring a traditional marketer. We're hiring a growth hacker, someone who obsesses over pipeline, runs experiments like a scientist, and builds creative systems that punch way above their weight class.
You'll own the full growth engine: outbound, content, paid, automation, and anything else that gets qualified prospects into conversations with our sales team. You'll have real autonomy, real accountability, and real impact from day one.
One north star: qualified pipeline. Everything else is a means to that end.
What You'll Do
Generate and accelerate pipeline
- Own the full growth funnel, from cold outreach to warm inbound to re-engagement
- Design and run 1-2 high-impact campaigns per month, each with a single success metric: qualified pipeline
- Manage and execute our ad strategy incl. budget spend
- Write and continuously optimise email/LinkedIn sequences, subject lines, hooks, CTAs, timing
- Turn our LinkedIn reach into demo requests via lead gen forms, DM sequences, and retargeting
- Build ICP-filtered prospect lists in Apollo and help identify the highest-value verticals to pursue
- Find creative, unconventional ways to reach COOs, Operations Directors, and Heads of Innovation at 200–2000 FTE companies
Build content that converts
- Create content that makes prospects feel like they already know Milo before our sales team calls them
- Turn customer stories into sales-ready assets: one-pagers, vertical proof points, follow-up snippets
- Write like a human, not a marketing deck: short sentences, real language, zero corporate fluff
- Test new formats aggressively: video, newsletters, comparison pages, micro case studies
Build systems that scale
- Use AI tools (Claude, GPT, Make, n8n) to operate like a team of one that produces like a team of five
- Build automated content and outreach engines that personalise at scale
- Maintain and improve assets and campaigns with minimal engineering support
- Stay sharp on the latest AI marketing tools, then figure out how to use them better than anyone else
Measure what matters
- Track pipeline contribution and Sales Qualified Leads, not vanity metrics
- Maintain a live view of what's working across every channel
- Share results and learnings proactively, without being asked
This Is You
- You've done growth at a B2B startup before; you know what it feels like to figure it out without a playbook
- You think in experiments: hypothesis, test, measure, iterate
- You're commercially wired; you use data to make decisions, not dress them up after the fact
- You can spot an opportunity, build the solution, and ship it, without waiting for a brief
- You're already using AI tools daily. Not as a curiosity. As a force multiplier.
- You're not precious about your job title or your lane, you'll do what the company (our baby) needs
- You'd be embarrassed to report impressions in a week when pipeline is flat
- You're proactive by nature: you share what you're doing, what's working, and what isn't
This Isn't You If…
- You want a clearly defined brief and an established playbook
- You prefer to specialise in one channel rather than own business outcomes
- You're expecting a big team, a big budget, or ready-made infrastructure
- You think SEO and brand awareness are the answer to an early-stage pipeline problem
- You're not genuinely curious about how AI is changing the way marketing gets done
What Success Looks Like at 3 Months
- Outreach sequences and campaigns that measurably contribute to inbound pipeline
- A LinkedIn-to-demo funnel that converts reach into booked meetings
- 1-2 campaigns per month with honest, clear pipeline attribution
- A sales asset library the team actually uses in live deals
- A clear picture of which messages, channels, and verticals are working, and which aren't
Experience
- 2–4 years in growth, demand gen, or a scrappy full-stack marketing role at a B2B startup or scale-up
- Written and tested sequences and can tell you what worked and why
- Comfortable in HubSpot or a comparable CRM
- Has shipped automations in (Make, n8n, Zapier, Claude Code etc.)
- Strong writer, human voice, short sentences, no corporate speak
- Already using AI tools daily
Why Milo
- Seed-stage equity, you're early enough for it to mean something
- Base: from GBP 35K
- A product that actually works; demo it yourself and see
- Complete ownership; no layers of approval, no death by committee
- A small team of people who move fast and care about the outcome
- A founding team that has built, scaled and successfully exited 2 companies in the past
- London-based, in-person culture; we build things together
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
Application question(s):
- Are you OK working from our Canary Wharf office? (note: we may move somewhere else in London in the coming months)
Experience:
- B2B marketing / lead gen: 2 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person
