<Job Overview>
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and creative Marketing Assistant & Personal Assistant to support both our marketing operations and day-to-day business activities.

This is a varied role that blends marketing execution with personal and administrative support, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants to grow within an agency setting.

<Responsibilities>

Marketing Support

  • Assist in planning and scheduling content across social media platforms
  • Support the creation of marketing materials (posts, captions, emails, blogs)
  • Travel to clients and create content
  • Edit both short form and long term content
  • Help manage multiple client accounts across different industries
  • Conduct research on trends, competitors, and audience insights
  • Assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking
  • Coordinate with designers and external partners

Personal Assistant Duties

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Assist with client onboarding and admin processes
  • Organise travel, bookings, and logistics when required
  • Support general day-to-day operations of the business

<Requirements>

What We’re Looking For

  • Photography or videography skills
  • Copywriting or content creation experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A genuine interest in marketing, PR, social media, and content creation
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise across different projects
  • Proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Avdanced knowledge of the adobe suite (particularly premier pro)

Bonus Skills (Not Essential)

  • Experience working in an agency environment
  • Familiarity with analytics tools or paid ads
  • Building processes and internal systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

  • marketing: 3 years (preferred)
