<Job Overview>
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and creative Marketing Assistant & Personal Assistant to support both our marketing operations and day-to-day business activities.
This is a varied role that blends marketing execution with personal and administrative support, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants to grow within an agency setting.
<Responsibilities>
Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and scheduling content across social media platforms
- Support the creation of marketing materials (posts, captions, emails, blogs)
- Travel to clients and create content
- Edit both short form and long term content
- Help manage multiple client accounts across different industries
- Conduct research on trends, competitors, and audience insights
- Assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking
- Coordinate with designers and external partners
Personal Assistant Duties
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Assist with client onboarding and admin processes
- Organise travel, bookings, and logistics when required
- Support general day-to-day operations of the business
<Requirements>
What We’re Looking For
- Photography or videography skills
- Copywriting or content creation experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A genuine interest in marketing, PR, social media, and content creation
- Ability to multitask and prioritise across different projects
- Proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Avdanced knowledge of the adobe suite (particularly premier pro)
Bonus Skills (Not Essential)
- Experience working in an agency environment
- Familiarity with analytics tools or paid ads
- Building processes and internal systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
