We’re looking for a new IT Workshop assistant to join our Support and Deployment IT Team, based in Carlisle to help and support IT staff with the management and delivery of IT equipment, thought-out Cumbria.

You would be working as part of a team, who will accurately receive, record and maintain this equipment. Monitor stock levels throughout our technical bases and provide support with cascade equipment, as efficiently and accurately as possible, maintaining the asset management system to the highest standard.

You will be supporting and working as part of technical IT team comprising of remote and field based staff. You will need to ensure equipment is always available for the support staff, throughout multiple bases. Enabling these teams to resolve problems for staff who rely on IT to deliver patient care across Cumbria as efficiently as possible. We require you to deliver the best possible service to our staff drawing on your asset management and organisation skills to ensure new and old equipment is recorded and monitored accurately and the technical skills to ensure equipment is at the correct standard needed to enable support for all end user devices, as well as all associated software and services.
