- Degree in an Engineering discipline.
- Chartered Engineer Status (or working towards).
- Proven experience and knowledge in Circuits/Substations (Main Plant)/Protection & Control/ Civil & Structural engineering design works up to 400kV for electrical network transmission projects or similar.
- Good people and communication skills and the ability to form effective working relationships with other individuals, departments and businesses.
- Experience in dynamic engineering environment with multiple projects and ensuring delivery of outputs.
- Ability to implement, apply and promote CDM and Health & Safety best practice in a design environment.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment with a diverse and demanding workload.
- Knowledge and experience of implementing new technologies and engineering solutions.
