Refrigeration Engineer Full Time

We require an Experienced Commercial Refrigeration Engineer to join our team in order to primarily cover reactive service calls, maintenance and installation works in and around Aberdeen and shire.

  • You must be a Fully Qualified Refrigeration Engineer with an SVQ or equivalent in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

  • C&G 2079 F-Gas Qualification or equivalent
  • C&G 6187-21 Hydrocarbon Qualification or equivalent
  • C&G 2078-1 Safe Handling of Ammonia + Site Experience (preferred)
  • C&G 6187-31 Co2 Refrigeration Systems (preferred)
  • Full Valid UK Driving License
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Refrigeration

Candidate will be placed on the call out rota (1 in every 6) and will need to be available for weekend and after-hours work.

We have a lot of opportunities for overtime – working out of hours and at weekends, which will be paid at overtime’s rates.

The ideal candidate will be presentable, with good customer skills. We need a team player who is organised and able to prioritise tasks as well as use their initiative.

It is also very important that they follow proper H&S procedures, and be computer literate to complete cloud-based paperwork

Engineer Salary / Job Details:

  • Salary £40,000 – £60,000K (Depending on experience)
  • 40 hours per week + overtime + On Call Rate
