Client Accounts Assistant Salary: £30,000 Location: Hampton Hill / Hybrid Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 - 5:30 As an Accounts Assistant for the finance department, you will contribute to our business success in one of our lettings finance teams:Main Responsibilities
- Raising fee invoices to clients.
- Chasing overdue rent.
- Resolving payment and invoice queries.
- Monitoring emails.
- Running reports.
- Liaise with internal teams
- Assist with month end reporting.
- Chase fee debtors.
- Processing tenant refunds.
- Collaborate with credit control team.
- Assisting with payment runs.
- Posting receipts.
- Processing refunds.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Skills and Experience
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 preferred but equivalent work experience would be considered.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Reliable.
