We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fire Engineer to join our team. Duties

  • Design and develop comprehensive fire protection systems tailored to project specifications, ensuring adherence to relevant safety standards and regulations.
  • Create detailed schematics and technical drawings using CAD software to illustrate system layouts and installation procedures.
  • Conduct system analysis, including mechanical and electrical components, to optimise performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with construction teams during installation phases, providing technical guidance on system integration and modifications.
  • Perform site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and building codes.
  • Utilise hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment to assist in system assembly or modifications as required.
  • Review schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Provide technical support during commissioning, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system designs, modifications, inspections, and test results for regulatory compliance.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of system design principles specific to fire protection systems.
