Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience to provide technical support to our clients.
In this role, you will be the frontline hero for resolving technical issues, ensuring seamless computer and network operations, and providing exceptional support to our users
The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end users, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services across multiple organizations.
Duties
- Provide first- and second-level technical support to clients and customers (onsite and remote)
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Support Windows/macOS operating systems and common business applications
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
- Monitor system performance and ensure security and data integrity
- Communicate clearly with clients and customers to explain technical issues and solutions
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or 3rd party vendors when required
- Maintain accurate documentation for systems, procedures, and support tickets
- Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and system rollouts
Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
- Experience supporting clients or customers in a service-oriented environment
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems; macOS experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar)
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Knowledge of basic cybersecurity best practices
