About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This role is ideal for candidates at any stage of their design career—from recent graduates to highly experienced professionals. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for our products and platforms.

This is a fully remote position, but you must be based in the UK and legally eligible to work here.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design user-friendly interfaces and seamless user experiences for web and mobile applications
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Conduct and apply user research, usability testing, and user feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into elegant design solutions
  • Ensure brand consistency and accessibility across all digital touchpoints
  • Work with developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI and digital product design

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–15 years of experience in UX/UI design or related fields
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes and polished UI design work (required for all experience levels)
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision)
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design
  • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with design systems or component libraries
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS or collaboration with front-end teams
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Background in user research or UX writing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
