The Role:
A fast-growing benefits tech startup is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to drive its brand voice, storytelling strategy, and lead-generating content campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about crafting impactful content and ready to lead projects from strategy through execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the full content strategy across blogs, social, ABM, and editorial channels.
- Produce and oversee the creation of diverse content formats including ebooks, video scripts, and thought leadership.
- Use AI tools to enhance content creation and performance.
- Manage freelance writers and external contributors.
- Collaborate with design, product, and growth marketing teams for unified messaging.
- Continuously test and refine content ideas based on performance metrics and insights.
- Report on content impact and contribute to marketing and business strategy.
You’ll Love This Role If You Have:
- Strong content creation and editing experience for technical or B2B audiences.
- A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on writing/project delivery.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- Confidence managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
