Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues.
- Support a full range of cyber security products & online services.
- Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure high-quality service.
- Support computer networking and desktop support tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance IT service delivery and information security.
