Job Overview

As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing computer hardware components and systems. You will work on various projects to ensure the functionality and performance of hardware systems meet the required specifications.

Duties

• Designing and developing hardware components for computer systems
• Testing hardware components to ensure reliability and performance
• Collaborating with software engineers to integrate hardware and software systems
• Troubleshooting hardware issues and providing technical support
• Conducting research to stay updated on the latest hardware technologies

Skills

• Proficiency in computer networking
• Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols
• Ability to analyse hardware performance metrics
• Experience with Firewall configurations
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Remedy systems
• Strong background in Help desk support
• Understanding of Desktop support principles
• Competence in Windows operating systems

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £20.00-£30.00 per hour
