What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Responding to IT support requests via phone, email and in-person
- Installing and configuring computer systems and software applications
- Assisting with setup and maintenance of network infrastructure
- Performing regular system updates and backups
- Logging and tracking support tickets and resolutions
- Working collaboratively to improve IT systems and user experience
- Supporting and educating users on IT best practices and new technologies
