It’s Bagels is a thriving London-based brand serving authentic NY-style bagels, with locations in Primrose Hill, Soho, and Notting Hill. Known for our vibrant community and rapid growth, we’re expanding and seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our multi-site operations.

About You:

You’re an experienced leader in multi-site food retail, passionate about operational excellence, team development, and customer satisfaction. With a strategic mindset, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to scale our operations across London.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee 4+ locations, driving profitability, efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences.
- Mentor senior managers and build a team to support 10+ future sites.
- Streamline operations, manage budgets, and ensure P&L targets are met.
- Lead initiatives like brand partnerships and new revenue streams.
- Foster a culture of engagement and high performance.

Must-Haves:
- Proven multi-site operations experience in hospitality/retail.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Flexibility, attention to detail, and a “can-do” attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £70,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
