Overview:

Operum.Tech is a fast-growing IT support and services company, providing tailored technology solutions and proactive support to businesses across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting our customers across London to resolve issues reported by them or assist our Support Team with tasks in our Croydon office.

This is a mobile position requiring daily travel, primarily within Central London, to and from our office. Please carefully consider if you can manage this daily commute. (Note: Your travel expenses will be covered.)

Additionally, responsibilities include:

• Assisting in software troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues
• Supporting IT infrastructure including LAN, Firewalls, and other network components
• Assisting in maintaining computer hardware and software inventory
• Collaborating with senior technicians to resolve complex technical issues

Candidate Requirements:

General Requirements:

• Very good oral and written English
• High level of communication
• Positive attitude with a Can-Do approach
• Ability to listen and assist customers

• Ability to work under pressure and cope well with stress

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in Windows 11 and higher, Office 365, Mac OS X 10.X, and other relevant software
• Strong networking knowledge (wired and wireless)
• Ability to independently resolve problems
• Experience in virus removal and troubleshooting
• Installation of structural cabling, socket termination, and patch panel management
• Knowledge of Active Directory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,637.57 per year
