About the role:

To provide proactive assistance to the School leadership team, including administrative support, advice and guidance to academic staff on University processes and supporting day to-day enquiries from staff and students as required. To liaise and communicate effectively with internal and external customers demonstrating a robust knowledge and understanding of the University.

About you:

The ideal applicant for this role is an organised and proactive individual with the ability to manage a varied and demanding workload. They are confident in their use of Microsoft Office, electronic diary systems, and maintaining accurate records, with experience servicing meetings and supporting financial processes such as procurement and travel arrangements. With strong written and verbal communication skills, the applicant demonstrates professionalism, tact, and a commitment to confidentiality and GDPR compliance. They possess problem-solving capabilities and are motivated to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement while actively supporting events that enhance the student experience. Applicants will need to have a range of GCSEs, including English Language and Maths at Grade C/Grade 4 or above, or appropriate equivalent experiential learning.
