Key responsibilities:

  • Reconcile daily till takings and manage banking in accordance with laid down procedures.
  • Investigate discrepancies and report accordingly.
  • Compile and publish as required sales reports, be able to manage the petty cash systems and control receipt of postal cheques etc.
  • Have the confidence to handle/count large sums of cash.
  • Complete the accurate reconciliation posting and follow for all invoices.
  • Complete the systems to ensure creditors and debtors controls are maintained.
