Commerical Business Development Manager Full Time

Dermanda is the next generation in luxury skincare and well-being. The brand?s unique proprietary formulations have been developed by a leading aesthetic practitioner and a globally renowned chemist combining superior natural ingredients with the power of science to deliver proven results.

Currently used and available for sale in our Harley Street clinic, Dermanda is about to embark on the next stage of its exciting journey. As such, we?re looking for an experienced and dynamic Commercial Business Development Manager to work with us as we launch the brand into the market.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurially minded individual with a commercial background in beauty and well-being who?s looking to take the next step in their career and take ownership of launching an iconic global beauty brand of the future.

Your priority in this role will be to strategize routes to market, secure key retail accounts and develop the DTC channel proposition to meet targets and generate profitability growth.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the beauty and well-being industry, either for a brand or retailer.

  • In-depth knowledge of routes to market, including wholesale, DTC and social channels.

  • Good commercial acumen, comfortable with detailed financial analysis, and with a track record of delivering successful new business development strategies

  • Excellent leadership, influencing, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate as well and communicate detail

  • A track record in leading and developing teams and managing performance and a willingness to be 'hands-on' when needed

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and solve problems

  • Ambitious and determined, with a proven record of self-driven achievement

  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally to ensure that all opportunities are optimised for growth.

  • Experience growing, training, and motivating a first-class team.

  • A robust compliance focus ensuring that all sales meet the standards and expectations set both internally and externally while upholding a culture that lives the brand's values.
