After recent success, we are expanding our customer relations team. If you have previous experience of delivering nothing short of the best service, then we want to hear from you.


You will be a part of a global business but a part of a local team that will be responsible for exceeding our customers and business requirements through the active analysis and review of both positive and negative feedback by providing a professional, efficient and customer focused telephone and administration support.


You will successfully manage customers complaints and resolve complaints in line with the regulations and be able to successfully manage your own workload. You will also be:



  • Consistently providing a high level of service through successful nurturing of internal relationships with departments who depend on feedback from you to influence future work



  • Take responsibility for and respond to any complaints, escalating these where necessary



  • Reporting any problems relating to people, process, or systems by providing relevant feedback and proposals on change to prevent future complaints



  • Work closely with the front line team and Customer Relations Team Managers to reduce overall complaint numbers


What do you need?


The successful persons will be able to demonstrate a strong customer & business focus as well as being a team player. You will also have:



  • Experience of working with customers & complaints



  • The proven ability to build & develop relationships with both internal & external customers



  • Excellent planning, organizational & communication skills



  • Be educated to GCSE level or above
