777 Healthcare Ltd is a recruitment agency which supplies temporary Healthcare Assistants and Nurses staff to clients in the UK.

We?re looking for someone who:

* Bringing new clients to the business.

• Achieving monthly new clients targets

• Identifying new business opportunities

• Understand regulatory, fair trading, competition, anti-corruption and bribery and security rules relating to the nature of the business.

• Carrying out other duties as requested

• Has recruitment experience

• Has knowledge of the healthcare/temporary recruitment sector (desirable)

• Is confident and skilled in ICT, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and using CRM systems

• Is well-organised and has good attention to detail

• Is an excellent communicator with a confident telephone manner

• Is warm, friendly and keen to use their skills to bring good quality care to the people who need it most

• Has a strong work ethic and is commercially aware

Experience required

• Telesales experience
• Successful track record in sales
• Enthusiasm and driven to succeed with a consultative approach.
• B2B sales experience
• Ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Good IT skills
• Recognise sales opportunities.
• Experience using CRM systems

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Salary: £10.00 per hour
