Business Development Executive/Tele Full Time

We're looking for positive, charismatic and self-motivated people to join our friendly, professional Eastbourne based team of Business Development Executives / Tele-marketers.

Magnetic Business Development is made up of a dedicated and supportive team of conscientious individuals who enjoy helping businesses succeed.

At the heart of our business is our B2B prospecting and lead generation service. We strategically, intelligently and professionally connect businesses and secure on-target meetings utilising proven telephone and email techniques.

As we look after lots of different clients, every day is quite different, so if you enjoy variety and a challenge, this could be the job for you.

You will be making telephone and email introductions, developing relationships, and securing new business meetings on behalf of a variety of clients, so your week will always be varied and interesting.

This role would suit a capable junior looking to forge a career in sales as you will receive full training and, due to the diverse nature of our work, you will gain many valuable skills, and have the opportunity to grow with our business.

We are looking for people who have a great telephone manner, are well spoken, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will enjoy forging positive relationships over the telephone and will ideally have experience working in a customer service or sales role.

We have operated throughout the pandemic without the need to furlough any of our team and have many wonderful clients who rely on our support, so you will need to be reliable and dependable.

We have a wonderful office environment right by Sovereign Harbour marina and recognise the importance of work life balance and therefore the job is very much 9:00AM-5:00PM. We are a supportive team where you are definitely not treated like a number.

  • Previous customer service experience advantageous
  • Well spoken and a excellent attention to detail
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel and Emails) - laptop provided
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRMs advantageous but not essential
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management are essential
  • A strong work ethic and self motivation is a must
  • Team player
  • Eastbourne office based

Full training provided. Salary based on experience and contractual hours

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Starting Salary:

£16,000K - £25,000 based on experience.

9:00AM-5:00PM, Monday to Friday.
