• Job Title: Customer Service Advisor --- Immediate Start
• Days: Monday ? Friday
• Hours: 8am ? 5pm hour lunch ·
• Location: Crumlin
• Salary: £10.00 an hour (FTC 4-6 months)

Cove Recruitment have teamed up with our client to support them in the process of appointing a new Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding business who provide a fun friendly and inviting working atmosphere.

Duties of the role:

• You will be dealing directly with the inbound customer queries
• Logging calls onto the database
• Handling existing accounts
• Talking to suppliers
• Monitoring email responses
• General customer relation administrative tasks

What we?re looking for?

• Contact Centre, call centre, retail assistants and customer focused candidates
• Strong Administrative Skills
• Data Entry
• Strong Telephone skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Account management
