We?re looking for Associates to join us in our Belfast Centre of Excellence. As a member of the Factor team, you will work alongside a team of like-minded high-performing individuals, working on engagements for large Global clients, within Financial Regulations, Corporate Restructuring, Commercial or Financial Services Contract Negotiation and other contract related work. This role will work on our Matter Oversight team, providing administrative support within a commercial contracts team in our Belfast office.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team

  • Assist with the daily triage of work coming into the team

  • Adhere to delivery processes and commitments

  • Input and manage data on Factor and client systems and keep them up to date

  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and other tools for use by the team

  • Assist with producing regular and ad hoc reports for Factor and for the client

  • Assist with continuously improving our service to the client and adding value

  • Assist with any ad hoc projects or initiatives for Factor and client as required

Essential Criteria:

  • Undergraduate Degree

  • Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, adapt quickly to changes and the discipline to complete last minute requests as needed

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Ability to handle competing priorities

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - especially Word and Excel

  • Organisational fit for the Factor culture - exhibiting the core values of Authenticity, Accountability, Adaptability and Stewardship

Desirable Criteria:

  • Law degree

  • Minimum of 6 months' experience of data administration

  • Working with a recognised matter management system as part of daily routine
