The opportunity

Our People Advisory Services managed services team are looking for a Communications Analyst to join our Belfast Office. As a Communications Analyst, you are a key team member responsible for supporting or solely conducting core processes within the Service Delivery Operations Hub, supporting the day to day delivery of managed services for our clients. You are responsible for developing, managing and delivering the communications plan for communications activity supporting the delivery and growth of one of our key services. You report to the Operations Hub Supervisor.

Your key responsibilities

  • Developing the communications plan to promote and communicate key messages to customers relating to one of our new, key services, working closely with client teams
  • Developing and managing social media campaigns
  • Creating and iterating communications and marketing content
  • Ensuring content developed follows agreed operational processes and contractual requirements
  • Analysing the effectiveness of developed materials and campaigns
  • Driving continuous improvement in the communications and marketing approach
  • Supporting the team with the gathering of customer feedback
  • Tailoring the approach based on customer feedback and preferences
  • Maintaining distribution lists

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Experience of developing communications plans and campaigns
  • Experience of creating communications and marketing content
  • Experience of working with client stakeholders as well as internal teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional client service
  • Good organisational skills
  • A self-starting approach and the ability to manage multiple projects and activities in a fast-paced environment

Ideally, you?ll also have

  • Experience of delivering HR related services such as learning, education or workforce analytics
  • A degree is preferred
