Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work for a government client based in Exeter
Main duties include:
Skills and experience required:
This is a full time role working Monday-Friday 37 hours per week
Rate of pay is £11.53 per hour
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 06/08/2022 with a possibility of an extension

Main duties include:
- Receive, record and resolve queries where possible
- Route and monitor support / service requests
- Prioritise daily workload to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Plan meetings and minuting taking of those meetings
- Inputting data accurately and identifying errors
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience within a call centre environment
- Good IT skills with strong knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
