Customer Service Advisor Full Time

Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work for a government client based in Exeter
Main duties include:
  • Receive, record and resolve queries where possible
  • Route and monitor support / service requests
  • Prioritise daily workload to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Plan meetings and minuting taking of those meetings
  • Inputting data accurately and identifying errors

Skills and experience required:
  • Previous experience within a call centre environment
  • Good IT skills with strong knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

This is a full time role working Monday-Friday 37 hours per week
Rate of pay is £11.53 per hour
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 06/08/2022 with a possibility of an extension
