Terry?s are an established 50 year old company. We started selling on-line over 10 years ago and have become a market leader in the online home furnishings market. We are still family owned so every employee is hugely important to our company as are our customers. Our company has survived and flourished through repeating customers and recommendations.
Terrys, offers fabrics, curtains, bedding and accessories. We hold most of the goods in stock, in Newcastle to ensure our customer receive the goods as promptly as possible. Our product offer is aimed at all budgets but we always endeavour to offer our customers the best value and service.

Responsibilities & Duties
· Deal with customer order enquiries by phone and providing excellent standards of customer service
· Respond in a timely manner to any customer enquiry and resolve query on first response
· Offer an exceptional service to customers and take ownership and accountability for each call
· Provide an acceptable resolution to customers when dealing with complaints
· Ensure all abandoned calls are responded to within set SLA
Skills & Experience
· Must have call centre experience and is used to dealing with a high volume of calls
· Self motivated with positive attitude
· Flexible in work content and working hours
· Able to work under pressure
· Good organisational skills
· Proficient in Microsoft office, in particular outlook, excel & word
· Confident and professional telephone manner with the ability to diffuse difficult situations
· Fully literate and numerate with a high level of accuracy
· Basic Maths & English
· Must have call centre experience and is used to dealing with a high volume of calls
Salary: £19,000 - £21,500 OTE
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
