We are currently seeking an enthusiastic customer service assistant to join our team based in Erdington, Birmingham.
Full Time Office Based Vacancy in Erdington, Birmingham.
Operating Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am - 2pm (Saturday working is on a two week rota).
Holiday: 28 days running from January to December (Bank Holidays and Christmas Shutdown will be deducted from holiday).
We are looking for a multi-skilled hard-working individual to join our busy team.
The ideal candidate must have basic I.T skills as part of the job role requires you to process our on-line orders and book them in with our couriers.
Extensive Customer Service experience is essential.
You will need to possess a professional telephone manner and be comfortable and confident when talking to customers on the phone as the ideal candidate will be handling all inbound calls.
We are looking for someone that has the drive and motivation to learn new skills and wants to progress within our company.
We supply fitness equipment for both home and commercial use and the majority of our sales are generated through the internet.
Although we work as a team you must be prepared to take ownership and responsibility for your own time and work under your own initiative.
