Inbound Sales Advisor, Sheffield

Role: Inbound Sales Advisor
Location: Sheffield
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £18,620, OTE up to £22,495 + uncapped earning potential
Shifts: Rotational shift pattern between 8am ? 9pm, Monday to Sunday
Training: 2 Weeks Training working 9am ? 5.30pm

CCA Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for Sales Advisors to represent one of Europe?s biggest telecoms providers. You will be receiving inbound calls from existing customers who are looking for help to bring down their bills, so we are looking for candidates who have a strong customer service background.
To be successful in this role, you should have an excellent phone manner, with a track record of delivering results. Experience in a challenging sales environment is preferable, and you will need to be computer literate. Experience in a telecommunications/mobile phone role would also be beneficial.

What will the role involve?

  • Receiving inbound calls from customers
  • Building rapport with customers
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets, alongside targets for productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining and improving product knowledge
  • Developing relationships with customers
  • Ensuring to give accurate information to customers and recorded on the system

What do we need from you?

  • Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to show attention to detail
  • Ability to establish collaborative customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • A good attitude and the ability to interact with lots of different people.
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Customer Service experience
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment to a high standard.
  • PC skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems competently, with ease.
  • A good consistent typing speed
  • The ability to take ownership of situations with positivity, resilience, and a dedicated approach to providing service excellence.
