This is a train from home and work from home position

• 6 months previous customer service experience

• A quiet place to work at home

• Good broadband connection (10mbs or above)

What does the job involve?

• Taking Calls from Vodafone customers (approximately 20-25 calls a day)

• Identifying sales opportunities, retaining customers and upselling Vodafone?s additional services and products

• Solving problems, going the extra mile to provide a fantastic customer service

• Working towards monthly targets, i.e. sales, call handling times and customer satisfaction targets, attendance and time keeping

• Processing orders and updating customer accounts with relevant detail in an accurate and timely manner

• Working on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am ? 9pm Monday to Sunday

Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
