The Role
:


We?re looking for a Manager to join our global Business Architecture team. The Manager will establish partnerships with internal stakeholders and management to support identification and delivery of strategic business initiatives, as well as the design, implementation and maintenance of customised solutions, with a focus on processes definition, requirement gathering and architecture.

Responsibilities:


This position will report into the Business Architecture Lead and will work with the wider team on Architectural design with a focus on facilitating the implementation of internal facing solutions.


Specifically, this role will:


  • Be responsible for defining and mapping as-is and to-be processes across the organization

  • Work with stakeholders across multiple function areas to understand and capture business requirements

  • Carry out gap analysis

  • Work closely with our wider technology team to convert business requirements into solutions

  • Work with technology team & other relevant stakeholder to drive adoption of solutions, including leading demos, carrying out testing, providing training and post-implementation support

  • Work with the Business Architecture Lead to define and deliver against a strategic enterprise roadmap

Essential Criteria:


In addition to the above, here are the required skills, knowledge, capabilities, and education for this role:


  • Degree qualified

  • Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom

  • At least 3-5 years previous experience as a business analyst or business architect in a professional services capacity

  • Experience in requirement gathering, including functional requirements and technical requirements

  • Experience in defining and documenting processes, including as-is and to-be mapping of cross-functional processes

  • Experience of carrying out gap analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement / efficiency / automation

  • Experience in designing technical solutions and working with wider Technology team to see though to implementation

  • Experience in designing processes / addressing needs within the limits of the larger business? structure

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office inc. Excel and Visio

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex problems/data clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels

  • Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to build strong customer relationships

  • Superb time management, judgment, decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Ability and desire to work in a team environment, but also to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation in order to work independently when required

  • Can deal with ambiguity and high-pressure situations


Desirable criteria
:


  • Experience using TOGAF framework

  • Lean Six Sigma trained

As a member of an ISO Compliant center, the candidate will be required to follow the policies and procedures on Information Security Management System in place at the Centre of Excellence and globally at Factor. As a member of the Factor team, the applicant will have access to various company and client assets and will be required to maintain the level of security as identified for each asset.
