Job description

Sales / Merchandising

Managing & achieving the sales targets for all premium and luxury cosmetic skincare and fragrance brands in the specific territory.

Building & maintaining strong relationships with all stores in territory.

Presenting all new launches and initiatives and securing orders as per deadline and updating on shared tracker on a weekly basis.

Completing store audit in store and uploading all photos and commentary onto shared platform.

Ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to at all times:

Ø Merchandising on shelf follows all brand guidelines

Ø Core Base products listed in all stores.

Ø New launch windows and secondary sites.

Managing and achieving distribution targets in territory.

Identifying new doors for brands in line with brand distribution guidelines Service call to key account

doors in Northern Ireland, to ensure all guidelines adhered to , audit completed and beauty consultants in store updated on all upcoming activations agreed at head office.

Attending quarterly meetings with Northern Ireland Key Accounts to support Division manager.


Daily sales update to division manager

Daily order processing on tablet

Daily updating of customer file to ensure selective distribution is updated in real time.

Managing customer queries with relevant departments to ensure Best in class customer service.

Updating and sharing weekly sales trackers to division manager on agreed template.

Ad hoc requests to support office team.

Expected start date: 25/10/2021

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £33,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
