Customer Service Representative Full Time

We are currently looking for a couple of people to expand our Customer Support team for our broadband service.

The role of Customer support involves;

Handling order enquiries

Dealing with Billing enquiries

Managing new customer Orders

Organising customer installations

Handling customer issues such as router problems and Wifi coverage.

Although this is not a technical role and you do not need experience in telecoms, you will need to have a general awareness of the internet and feel comfortable discussing broadband related problems. All product information will be provided during the initial training period.

We need someone who is highly organised and most importantly, has excellent customer service skills.

The role is 40 hours a week on a rotation basis including 1 in 3 weekends

The shifts are;

9am-6pm Monday to Friday

11am-8pm Monday to Friday

Weekends 9 ? 6 (1 in 3)

The salary is 18,500 with an additional 1,400 per annum if performance levels are achieved.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £18,600.00-£20,000.00 per year
