A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join a friendly HR Team based in Orbital Park, Ashford as part of the HR Reset strategy within the Automotive industry.

This is a fixed term 6 ? 9 month maternity cover position.

· Salary ? £18,000 per annum

· Annual leave of 23 days in addition to Bank Holidays (pro rata)

Job Role

The successful candidate will provide effective and efficient administration to the Human Resources Department. Ensuring all personnel and payroll paperwork is maintained and up to date for all the UK employees through the brand-new HR Information System, ACCESS. Liaise with Payroll support services and dealership management.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to move into the HR environment; providing other generic HR Administrative support to the Group HR Director and HR Advisors.

Work Pattern

This is a full-time position:

Monday to Friday (9am ? 5:30pm)

Flexibility on this work pattern can be discussed further.

Successful applicants will possess and be able to offer;

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Administration experience.
  • Process paperwork on a daily basis.
  • Able to use initiative.
  • Strong ability to prioritise and organise.
  • Excellent level of verbal and written communication.
  • Very good level of skill with MS office.
  • Previous experience within a HR role is desirable.
