Your new role

As an experienced HR Adviser you will be working within a fast-paced, busy HR team supporting delivering day to day HR duties and working to scheduled deadlines.

You will be required to work from our in-house HR computer systems and have the ability to run reports, analysing data and communicating findings, while looking for solutions.

A significant part of the role will be liaising with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation and offering tailored employee relations support through situationally analysing HR matters and providing pragmatic and tailored HR Advice to internal stakeholders.

You will also be working collaboratively with the wider people team including Recruitment and Learning and Development.

What you need succeed

  • Previous experience of working within a high-volume HR environment (ideally within a charity or not-for-profit organisation)
  • Ability to prioritise multiple task under tight deadlines
  • Be able to recognise and response appropriately to urgent HR related matter in link with HR policies and regulations
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
  • Confident in using in-house HR IT systems/functions
  • CIPD Qualification (working towards or evidence of other HR recognised qualifications)
  • A proven track record of contributing to, delivering and monitoring HR strategy and operations
