Based in Norfolk and London, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team and plan, coordinate and execute innovative marketing campaigns for our clients.

Job description:

Launching in 2021, the business has expanded rapidly and we now are looking to hire a full-time Marketing Manager to join the team. Working alongside our clients, the successful applicant will oversee event marketing campaigns across a portfolio of events including conferences, roundtables, webinars and training sessions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Strategise and implement marketing campaigns across a portfolio of events.
  • Write and build all marketing emails, utilising best practise techniques.
  • Plan, action and monitor social media campaigns across a variety of brands and platforms.
  • Work alongside the wider team to understand and set delegate targets to drive registration and attendance.
  • Build new web pages as required and manage any live pages across various websites.
  • Work with key associations and media partners to strengthen relationships and drive registration.
  • Develop a content marketing schedule that can be used to drive interest in our clients and events.
  • Identify written, audio and multimedia content opportunities that can be used across social and email to generate interest in our clients brands.
  • Devise, implement and manage strategies to increase the conversion of prospects.
  • Monitor analytical information to determine the ROI of all activity.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates on events and performance.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders.

In order to be considered you ideally will have:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience.
  • Experience with email marketing and knowledge of basic HTML.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation.
  • Creativity and excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and communication skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team but also to show initiative.
  • The ability to generate new ideas.
  • Excellent communications and time management skills.
