Advanced Excel Administrator Full Time

at Adecco UK Manchester in Manchester (Published at 12-08-2021)

Adecco are looking to recruit an experienced Excel Administrator, to work for our Client.

This particular role will be working from home initially, with a view to returning to the office in September.

Duties:

  • Raise transfer orders in Microsoft D365 based on information extracted from Evolve & Verofy Systems

  • Receipt transfer orders in D365 so that they continually match the receipts in Evolve & Verofy

  • Follow up with reps/stores on older not receipted transfer orders

  • Follow up on any discrepancies between what was shipped & what was received

  • Assist finance team in general with PO to PI matching, bank recs & reporting

Skills/Experience:

  • Very keen attention to detail

  • Stock Control is desirable not essential

  • Excellent Excel skills particularly vlookups & pivots are a must

Additional Details

Job Type: Temporary until end of year
Days: Monday-Friday
Hours: 09:00-17:30
Salary: £10.50ph
