Interaction Recruitment is recruiting for experienced customer service administrator to join a well known company based in Birmingham

About you

  • Great Attention to Detail

  • Strong Organisation Skills

  • Clear Telephone Manner

  • Computer Literacy and Skills

  • Good Communication Skills

  • Self-Motivated and Confident

  • Any pharmaceutical experience (desirable)

The Role

  • 40 hours per week 8am-6pm (1hour lunch break)

  • training fully provided

  • Inbound calls/emails/fax /scanning/photocopying
