This includes tasks such as credit control, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, stock, banking reconciliation, and production.

  • Accounts payable - Including logging and inputting of supplier invoices on to the accounting system. Matching invoices with delivery notes. Sending invoices out for approval. Reconciling supplier statements and producing payment runs. Dealing with enquires and queries as required.

  • Accounts receivable - Including raising invoices for goods supplied to customers. Despatching monthly statements to customers. Allocation of customer cash received. Liaising with credit control. Dealing with enquires and queries as required.

  • Credit control ? Including, telephoning and emailing customers to ensure payments are received when due and chasing overdue payments. Processing monthly statements and reminder letters. Liaising with the accounts receivable department to resolve outstanding queries. Maintaining accurate and up to date customer records.

  • Payroll ? Including, keeping the time and attendance system records up to date with all employee movement including holidays and sick leave. Verifying with heads of departments employee hours works and overtime. Processing paperwork and setting up new employees and leavers on the time and attendance system. Provide information to employees and managers as required. Prepare monthly reports for the payroll department.

  • Production ? Processing and checking factory productions sheets daily. Liaising with production staff as required. Running all associated production reports and updating multiple excel spreadsheets. Sending completed reports out to the business. Weekly reconciliation of finish goods made compared to goods gone into stock. Weekly production of labour reports. Maintaining and updating various balance sheet accounts.

  • Stock ? Reconciling the stock of material on a weekly basis. Weekly production of statistical reports. Opening new formulations and new products on the accounting system.

  • Ad ?hoc Daily banking reconciliation. Daily sales reporting. Maintaining balance sheet accounts. Intercompany banking reconciliation.
