Customer Relations Builder Full Time

As a company, our primary areas of business are the

sale of business simulation games. We have been established since 2017 and

making a play to become the biggest contributor within the serious games

sector. To maintain our national and international client base from medium

business to large corporate, public sector and education establishments, we are

hiring a Customer Relations Builder who is a motivated self-starter with an

entrepreneurial mindset; who has experience working with clients to deliver

their learning and transformation goals.

Tasks

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Using the sales cycle model build the lead


generation for the organisation.


  • Build relationships with the leads,


gathering information.


  • Demonstrate our products to potential


clients.


  • Promote and manage the company media


channels.


  • Building and promoting healthy,


long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them and managing the

account.


  • Providing daily reports of field sales


success and communicating the Voice of the Customer (VOC) data to the wider

team and management.

The job holder is responsible for bringing new warm

leads to the sales desk and coordinating and facilitating of GingrTech games.

The job holder will be required to demonstrate

ability to drive the client relationship process from plan to close

and facilitate products to capture the minds of the audience

time management skills to maximise their ability to reach goals

A successful applicant needs to have several years of

experience in customer relationship building. The ideal candidate should have a

suitable college or university qualification but more importantly, should have an

outgoing almost theatrical style.
