Role Summary


We?re delighted to launch our 2021 Graduate Programme as we look to hire the best and the brightest talent to join us and help our business be the best in the game whilst giving the successful candidates an opportunity to kick start their career. We?re looking for passionate people who are truly excited about travel and want to develop an exciting career at one of the biggest travel brands in the UK.


This two-year programme, based at our Manchester Support Office, will form part of our Business Support community, a group of dedicated travel professionals who rotate around our business depending on where we need them the most. We?re looking for people who are passionate about developing a range of skills in areas like Commercial, Marketing, Communications, Operations, Human Resources, Technology, Finance and Training ? you?ll get exposure to many of these areas, so you?ll need to be comfortable with multi skilling and moving around the business over 6 month intervals.


You?ll also get a good grounding in our Operations Team which is critical to your success as a Graduate at Travel Counsellors, learning all about how travel works, dealing with our customers and supporting our business as we continue to improve how we do things, so you must be open to working in a customer service environment as part of this role.

Skills and Experience


You must have a passion for travel, and you?ll have completed at least an undergraduate degree from a UK based University. We?re open to the background you may have as we?ll teach you everything you need to know for your role.


Ideally, you will have a keen interest in working in a customer service environment e.g. retail, hospitality and are motivated by working with people.


Our assessment centre process will focus on the following:
