Recruitment Coordinator ? 3 months Temporary

As a recruitment coordinator, you will act as an integral part of the recruitment team ensuring an excellent candidate experience and consistently meeting hiring manager requirements. You will have candidate and senior management contact both over the phone and face to face. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines.

This is a 3-month temporary position.

Main responsibilities:

· This role assumes ?data-guardian? status for the recruitment database. Ensure each candidate record within the database is complete and up to date

· Search for Candidates via all available means ? internet, database, advertising

· Call and brief all candidates and conduct telephone screenings as required

· Using own initiative to determine suitability of candidates.

· Capture all candidate conversations

· Confidently conduct a group interview.

· Manage the candidate feedback

Key skills required:

· Experience as a Recruitment Administrator or Resourcer is essential.

· You will be an extremely well networked individual. Relationships will be forged with all key business functions. In particular, you will work closely with the Senior Recruiters, Candidates, and senior management.

· It is important that you have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

· Can work with some guidance/supervision. Whilst you will be given adequate guidance, to be successful in this role you need to be able to operate on your own initiative. You need to be extremely tenacious and have an inquisitive and questioning nature

· Can co-ordinate multiple interviews, candidates, clients, and administration activities simultaneously

· Clear, concise, and credible communicator able to converse at all levels

· Articulate with excellent written English

· Highly motivated with exceptional organisation skills

· Excellent Excel & Word skills

· Enthusiastic and co-operative team player.

· Great communication skills, utilising a number of different methods (written, phone, video)

· A creative mind, allowing you to develop and implement recruitment processes to suit each particular role

Salary: £15,702.00-£34,084.00 per year
