Contact Centre Advisor Full Time

This is a full time role working a mixture of early and late shifts and up to 2 weekends per month on a rota basis.

Our centre is open: Monday to Friday 08:00 ? 20:00 Saturday 9:00 ? 17:00

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our centre here in Newcastle where you will manage a variety of administrative and customer service duties to support our delivery of exceptional healthcare to customers. As a Customer Service Advisor your main responsibilities will involve:

· Providing a single point of contact for customers? enquiries,

· Taking ownership & responsibility for calls, from initial contact through to resolution,

· Dealing with all customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that good relationships are maintained,

· Following scripted procedures to ensure that all calls are answered in an accurate and consistent manner

· Offering advice and guidance to customers, where appropriate

· Ensuring that all information taken from calls is accurately logged onto the system and, where necessary, referred on appropriately for action.

As a Customer Services Advisor your skills and qualifications will include:

· Attention to detail

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work within a targeted orientated environment

· Excellent Customer Service skills - particularly telephone skills

· Excellent listening skills

· Good interpersonal skills - able to establish and build good working relationships

· Good analytical & problem solving skills

· IT literacy and good keyboard skills

· Good organisation and time management skills

· Good team player

· Flexible working approach Desirable Skills and Experience

· Previous experience and understanding of using Siebel or another call management system

· Ability to produce creative and innovative ideas

· Ability to act as a reference point for less experienced staff - support and train new employees
