JOB SUMMARY


A very rare opportunity to join a fun, dynamic and exciting team in a technologically advanced Hotel near Heathrow. The successful candidate, manages all engineering/maintenance operations, including maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection. Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation. Responsible for maintaining regulatory requirements. Leads the emergency response team for all facility issues.


Provides Technical leadership for the property, ensuring the ongoing development, knowledge and intelligence of our assets is used in the most efficient and effective way to maximise investments and performance. Fosters and creates excellent customer relationships by meeting and exceeding expectations.
As a key member of the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel senior team, you will work collaboratively with the Director of Operations and other senior stakeholders to successfully lead the technical team to support project priorities and delivery of contractual (and non-contractual) obligations.


CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience


  • High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing.

OR


  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major; 2 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing.
