Regional Performance Academy Coach Full Time

We are looking for a Automotive Coach to work with Automotive retailers within a fixed geographical region covering Wales, evaluating service processes and activities, coaching dealer staff to ensure excellent levels of customer service are being delivered.

Performance Academy Coach responsibilities include mentoring managers to be effective in coaching their teams and individuals. Have a complete understanding of Customer Satisfaction and how it can be improved, within an automotive environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have a great understanding of the automotive industry aftersales service department and an understanding of how it can be effected by poor CSI. You must also have the ability to motivate and support employees from all levels.

Ultimately, the customer journey must be the focus of all efforts in a retailer environment

Responsibilities

  • Acting as an ambassador, coach and mentor for all managers of premium brands
  • Have a proven record of Aftersales and an understanding of Sales within a Retailer environment
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of the customer journey and able to create realistic objectives that will enhance the process. This needs an inquisitive approach to how the customer feels at all touch points
  • Identifying individual and team training needs, through evaluation of results and analysis of the trends of customer satisfaction
  • To be able to have an objective view on the Retailers customer journey for Service Excellence and have an overall understanding of automotive business process
  • Act as a coach, mentor and guide to provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges
  • Ensure new team members are fully equipped with all the information required to become effective from the start and also Identify individual and team training needs
  • Gather feedback on all training programs from trainees, managers and instructors and construct actions from the findings
  • Support annual learning and development objectives set for the business
  • Maintain updated records of educational curriculum and material
  • Evaluate employees? performance after each training session through feedback

Requirements

  • Experience as a Retailer Coach, Trainer or similar role is desirable
  • Experience in a Retailer environment on a customer service position is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Additional training certification is an advantage
  • Must be located in Wales and willing to Travel

This role will involve travelling to multiple locations throughout the working week and occasional overnight stays.

Job Location ? Regional cover of Wales and home working when not in retailers.
