As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration of all HR related documentation across all disciplines of the employee lifecycle. The HR Administrator will update and maintain the HR system ensuring that all employee data is accurately maintained.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be required to handle requests from worldwide stakeholders and work collaboratively with different teams across the business.

The role requires a high degree of flexibility, initiative, organisation and time management in order to successfully meet the requirements of internal and external customers in a timely manner.



Working within defined timescales, you will be responsible for the administration of all HR related documentation across all disciplines of the employee lifecycle. The HR Administrator will update and maintain the HR system ensuring that all employee data is accurately maintained.

Principle Accountabilities:



  • Liaise with employees and line managers as required and in a timely manner, dealing with day-to-day enquiries and problem-solving general queries

  • Day to day responsibility for a wide variety of administrative tasks, utilising and administering as required the Sage People management system

  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of employee data ? ensuring the ongoing integrity of the data

  • Preparation of reports and statistical information as required

  • Play a key role in assisting with recruitment related tasks and enquiries

  • Manage HR inbox escalating queries as and when necessary

  • Coordinate the on-boarding of new colleagues

Qualifications and Experience



  • Experience in Sage People or a similar HR System

  • Previous HR Administrative experience is essential
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (or willing to undertake)

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills

  • Excellent planning, scheduling, written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly computer literate in Microsoft Office products
