Social Media and Marketing Manager Full Time

Five Rivers Group is a fast growing company of hotels and restaurants. Due to our success, there is an exciting full-time opportunity to join our fast-paced company. we require a professional and motivated individual to join the team. The individual must be well organised with the ability to stick to deadlines. They must be self-motivated and take pride in their work.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director to help take the business to the next level by taking the reigns on graphic design and social media management.

Graphic Design

  • Create compelling visuals and creative materials to assist with brand awareness for both sales and marketing purposes
  • Create digital marketing collateral - web pages, email newsletters and more
  • Translate the brand experience we?ve developed into digital/print representation

Social Media

  • Managing multiple social media accounts
  • Creating content to share across social media
  • Creating targeted ads across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads
  • Develop low-cost, high-impact social media initiatives that help build audience, promote brand and drive engagement, as well as paid social campaigns when needed
  • Outreaching with bloggers and social influencers to develop relationships to promote the company?s services and relevant offerings or create awareness for critical content.
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
  • Analysis and reporting on activities across all platforms, including use of statistical analysis tools (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics etc.)

Qualifications and experience :

  • 3+ years experience in social media management
  • Excellent working knowledge of InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite and Mailchimp email platform
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Hands on experience designing and creating print and digital brochures
  • Strong writing and communication skills (including copywriting)
  • Be both creative and analytical
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks
  • The ability to work efficiently across cross-functional teams
  • Thrives working in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
