We have 2 full time temporary placement opportunities available for LMS Customer Support Agents (Learning Management System). You will be based predominantly working from home but you should be able to work at Cowley if required. These roles are starting ASAP for 4 months.

The working pattern is Monday-Friday for 37.5 hour week 9am -5pm (hours can be negotiable).

This is a Band 3 role paying £10.81 p/h.

Please note to be considered for this role you must have knowledge MS Office programs and Outlook.

The main purpose of this role is to support the implementation and ongoing use of the My Learning Hub LMS System by providing advice and resolving issues for Learners and Managers. Training will be provided on LMS system.

Responsibilities include:

· Log into the Oxford Universities Hospitals Helpdesk system to review My Learning Hub queries.

· Ensure common queries are referred to Oxford Universities Hospitals the support channels ? the Oxford Universities Hospitals intranet and Yammer ? and close them.

· Resolve non-standard queries where possible and close them.

· If non-standard queries cannot be resolved, raise them with the Learning Management System team and / or Manager for help.

· Spot emerging issue trends in the Helpdesk system and raise them with the wider team, suggesting recommendations.

· Undertake regular activities related to My Learning Hub as required e.g. uploading non-permanent staff.

· Provide advice to users with ?admin? related access to help them more effectively and efficiently use the My Learning Hub system.

What we are looking for:

· Partly or completely finished an Undergraduate Degree

· Customer Service Experience

· Excellent communicator

· MS Office experience

· Analytically minded

· Strong organiser

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and within a team
