Job Description

As the Customer Service Advisor you will be handling a number of incoming calls relating to insurance policies including amendments, renewals, payments, escalations and the set up of new policies.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal person for the Customer Service Advisor will:

  • Have worked in a Call Centre and Customer Service team previously, ideally within a regulated environment

  • Be confident in resolving customer issues at first contact
  • Have high attention to detail in order to set up policies, direct debits etc
  • Deliver first class customer service at all times
  • Adhere to DPA processes and maintain high QA at all times

What's on Offer

£19,000 Salary

22 days holiday + bank holidays

Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
