What you?ll be doing

You will be the first point of contact for our policy holder who has suffered a loss following an incident involving their car you will be patient and empathetic. You will proactively manage our Policyholders/Third parties repairs throughout as well as Intervene on our Third Parties claims. You will offer our services to repair the Third Parties vehicle when our Policyholder is at fault for the accident. You must be able to obtain the relevant details from them and record this information giving the customer excellent advice and assistance, whilst also assessing liability from the circumstances of the incident

Key Duties & Responsibilities
· Provide advice to our customer on making a claim and the processes involved.

· Take reports of new insurance claims from our customers.

· Proactively manage our Policyholder and Third parties? repairs and hire

· Record accurately the information reported to us concerning the circumstances of the loss.

· Be able to assess liability for an accident and offer advice and guidance to our customers giving an objective opinion on prospects and where necessary advise our customer regarding where liability will rest.

· Validating cover is in force for a claim and identifying possible fraudulent claim markers to be referred for investigation.

· Instructing suppliers such as Credit Hire and Credit repairer organisations and claimant Personal Injury solicitors.

· Treat our customers fairly and ensure that the customer receives world class customer service in accordance with industry and company guidelines.

· Support cost, service and process efficiency projects across the team, as well as having the opportunity to get involved in departmental projects.

· Advise policyholders of the add?on products they have purchased and how they may be used for the specific claim they have made.

· Maintain Stabilis MGA extended underwriting guide

· Respond to Stabilis MGA underwriting referral enquiries from broke

Hours of Work

· Business operational hours of Mon ? Fri 8am ? 7pm and 9am ? 1pm on Saturday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
